Here are 10 Health Myths Most People Actually Believe 1 Just Taking Vitamins is good enoughThe majority of vitamins and supplements sold in stores are synthetically created and will not break down or be digested, and the nutrients you think you’re getting, are never actually absorbed into your blood stream. Instead, after taking a cheap vitamin, it will simply go in one end and out the other. You are a living creature and need living nutrients, not ground up chalk and fake vitamins. The FDA only approves these companies to sell their products based off of scientific research proving their health statements. However, the FDA does not conduct these investigations themselves; instead the vitamin companies perform these studies (or fund the studies) and continue to until they can find just 1 that proves their case and it is that study they send in for approval. A little financial support to the political elite and a deal is struck. You spend the money and see no results. Make certain that you taking REAL vitamins in the form of their natural source first. Vitamins in and of themselves don’t change the world, because they aren’t intended to be ingested alone. We all get the Springtime jitters, here are 4 ways you know it's almost Spring.
1. Spring is in the air! So is pollen... and you left all your windows open.
The days start getting warmer, and you start getting quite pleased with yourself planning on how much your going to save on heating costs now. Every morning the windows can be opened and a fresh breeze blows right through your home. Ahhhh sunshine. How I've missed thee!
But then the sneezing starts. The dry eyes. The dry mouth. Suddenly that warm park bench looks like it an entire bee colony exploded over it leaving only pollen it's wake. Yellow hands and yellow butts are nothing compared to the pollen you now have in your house from your windows being open. âGreat. 2. You Suddenly Want to Dust & Reorganize Everything.
Having all this great weather means you feel ALIVE again albeit even with a sinus infection. You suddenly start noticing how unorganized your house is.

âAnd in the many dressing rooms you've changed in, you've decided that THIS year will be the year. You are doing it! Just as soon as this week is over I'm going to start running 3x a week. Maybe 5! I've always wanted to try that new gym down the road. My God! If I don't get these arms and stomach together soon....
