You can't expect to feel any different if you keep eating the same things. Each day is a new day to try again, and it starts as soon as you get out of bed. Eating a healthy breakfast everyday sets you up for success for the rest of the day! So what are some good options? There is a slew of information out there on regimented eating programs, or counting calories, or nuking whatever frozen cardboard meal is in the freezer. But what are those methods actually teaching you? They are only teaching you to be further reliant on them. Will you eat frozen foods forever or count how many calories are in a turkey sandwich? Will you deny yourself carbs all day or eat only foods that have 3 syllables? Right now, as there are millions of Americans overweight, there are millions more who go hungry or die of starvation. Yet we pay companies to help us lose weight. Do you see the irony here? The starving in North Korea would be disgusted to learn that you spend money to stop eating. The women in Africa who walk 5 miles a day to fetch water from a muddy well would be shocked to know you “just can't drink water”. The morning boost that you need has to be in your brain. Retrain your brain to see the world as it is, rather than how dieting companies or magazines want you to see it. Every morning, start your day out with a cup of warm lemon water* before you do anything else. This helps flush out toxins and reset your pH balance. Why does this matter? When you have an abundance of toxins that your body can not filter out, you create fat cells. The fewer toxins that you have in your body, the fewer fat cells that your body will create. Resetting your pH allows for better digestion of your breakfast. Want a cup of coffee with your breakfast? Sure! Read about creamers and coffee here*. Eat2Live recommends eating protein and antioxidants for breakfast, not a fruit nut smoothie or a protein bar that tastes like dirt! I'm talking real food. Always keep fresh berries in the house, a great source of antioxidants. Having a fresh cup of blackberries or raspberries in the morning will change your world. For protein, Eat2Live recommends eating organic eggs (from a real farm where possible). 2 eggs a day is a safe bet when losing weight. Whether it's for breakfast, in a salad, or hard-boiled as a snack, the protein in eggs gives you energy! Protein feeds your muscles and is also one of the essential building blocks for your brain. So eat up! If you prefer chicken, then eating 1 ORGANIC chicken breast in the morning does the same trick, adding variety. So, you have decided to boost your breakfast and boost your weight loss. Great! If you also want to increase your energy level, then you must take in a large amount of phytochemicals. Juicing is the quickest way to accomplish that goal. You can read about juicers and juice recipes*. Phytochemicals are micro-nutrients derived from plant-based cells. The most crucial ones come one from leafy greens. Now, unless you’re planning on eating 3 handfuls of spinach and kale every morning, (and maybe you are?), juicing is the best way to get in the micronutrients that you need. Juicing will also speed up your weight loss immensely. Greens are loaded with iron, which many people are deficient in. (My theory on why men want steak and women salad, both are craving iron). If you need help getting started on juicing, contact MyCoach! Breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day and should be consumed slowly. Make time for it. Starting out your day with warm lemon water, protein, antioxidants, and 2 cups of fresh juice will change your life, and you can start doing it tomorrow! Most folks like to add oatmeal or gluten-free toast to their meal. We highly recommend eating 1 handful of unsalted nuts in the morning. Nuts are high in EFAs, (essential fatty acids) which most women lack in their diets. Eat2Live recommends adding in the good stuff at the beginning of your day, rather than taking food away from you. Add some onions and red peppers to your scrambled eggs. Eat a grapefruit with breakfast. Get creative and add in beans and a little cheese or oven-baked cinnamon apples. All of these food additions not only fill you up, but actually aid in weight loss at the same time! Helpful tips:
Since your food will digest faster and be absorbed faster, you'll also feel hungry more often. You will need to eat more often, but your body will become cleaner and healthier with every bite!
There are lots of reports that will tell you whatever you want to hear on this topic. But I say to you, if you are hungry, truly hungry, then you need to eat. Your body knows what it needs. There's a huge difference between being hungry and cravings. If it's not healthy for you, then you don't NEED it. You don't need it to survive. So, be strong enough to say to yourself, “I don't need this to survive.” I say it to myself (sometimes loudly like I have schizophrenia), “No! It does nothing for you!” Eat clean and eat often. Want fast food? Bananas have plenty of potassium, and are high in natural sugar. Apples are filling and provide a great vitamin boost. Grapes are juicy and sweet. All women should be eating pineapple everyday if they can, for female health. There are many grains you can eat; nuts, seeds and the like. Find a quality brand to buy that's certified organic and LOW IN SUGAR/SALT. Usually, if it's pre- packaged, it's loaded with either sugar or chemicals. Try to stay natural whenever possible. Read the labels. Remember that sugar is a drug and it's addictive. The more you eat, the more you will want; and we all know how that cycle works. Eating fruit in the mid-morning is a great way to combat that craving, along with a tall glass of…you guessed it… Lemon water. Boost your energy, your morning, and your weight loss by eating clean and eating often!

Weight Loss boils down to a few things, making SMART goals is one of the first ways you can start.
We can't be in a rush, this is a task that takes thinking, feeling, and plotting. If you want to feel organized, enter your thoughts down on paper, like the pros do. Or maybe your more of a dreamer and would prefer to stare out the window while measuring your soul. Sometimes it helps to have a partner; find a friend and do it together, but many have learned that no matter how much support you have, losing weight is something you inevitably do alone. Putting pen to paper really helps commit you to them, but more importantly, allows you to SEE them.
Here's a great example
