Eating Gluten Free is one of the first things we recommend to Members suffering from any of the above mentioned problems. And the 1st question we always get is, "But what CAN I eat?!"
Udi's bread is an Eat2Live favorite, meaning, we use this product in own lives and love it!

Features &Benefits

In just a few years, Udi’s has become the #1 gluten-free brand in America, and it's not hard to see why. Founded in Colorado, this small company grew over the last 10 years and was purchased by Smart Balance in 2012. Since then, Udi's products have popped up more and more in grocery store chains around the country.
Udi's has over 10 different bread styles from Cinnamon Raisin to Regular White bread and everything in between. Some breads, like the Udi's Millet Chia Seed can give you added health benefits; or maybe you'd just like to eat a dinner roll like a normal human being at your next meal. Udi's has you covered. Pros/Cons

Where to Buy

Pros
  • Large Selection
  • Tastes Great
  • Stored in the Freezer
Cons
  • Average Cost per loaf is about $5.00
  • Not found in EVERY store/area
  • Whole Foods
  • Publix
  • Winn Dixie
  • Sweetbay Supermarkets
  • Walmart Supercenters
  • Nutrition Smart Stores
  • Most Health Food Stores

Tips

Udi's bread will almost ALWAYS be found in the Freezer Section on your grocery store. Find it where you find other frozen breads/rolls. Stores that carry Udi's bread usually do not sell ALL of their 13 bread products, but only stock a few. So look sharp and check out other stores for new varieties.
Eat2Live's favorites are the Millet Chia seed bread and the Mighty Bagel. Perfect for breakfast and ALWAYS GLUTEN FREE! (plus good for you!)

  • Affordable
  • Doesn't take up too much space in the kitchen
  • Easy to Clean
  • Buyers generally receive a free juice recipe book and cleaning brush (you'll love that brush)
  • It just "works". No setting to learn or modes- just turn it on and go.
  • Quality. We have dropped, yanked, slammed and stepped on our Jack Lalanne for years and it is durable!
  • Size. The Jack Lalanne juicer shoot and sieve are both large enough to make 4-6 cups of juice at a time.
  • Easy to find. You can buy it just about anywhere.

Cons

  1. Quality
  2. Affordability
  3. Easy to locate
  4. Comes with bonus items in most cases
  1. It's not THE best juicer out there, but it's 1/3 the cost of "the best"
  2. It's loud!
  3. Cleaning: but that's a con for any juicer
