Everybody won't see it, everybody won't join you or have the vision. It's necessary that you aline yourself with people who are unstoppable and unreasonable, who want more. People that are living their dreams are attaching themselves to winners. They understand they need to invest in themselves. Even if no one else sees it, you must see it for yourself.

If you can't run, walk.

A lot of people like to complain about their situation, but they never want to do anything about. You spend so much time with other people, studying them and wanting to be like them. It's necessary that you get the losers out of your life if you want to live your dreams. When you become the right person, you start to separate yourself from the pack.
"No matter how bad it gets, I'm going to make it."

#E2LGetFit

We all already know what to do, we hear it every time we turn on the news or stare at ourselves naked out of the shower. We know WHAT to do, but we aren't doing it. Why?

Motivation           Inspiration         Discipline

Motivation is a feeling and it's a feeling that doesn't  necessarily stick around when times get tough. Motivating ourselves is the first step, but like brushing your teeth, you need to do it every day.
Inspiration needs to come from what your dreams are. Find people who have what you want, and allow them to inspire you. Look at that bikini, those old photos or the beautiful fitness models. Find your inspiration.
Discipline is often just a fickle friend to most of us. But to those who are successful, it is their best friend. It is a mindset, not a feeling. If your waiting to workout until your "feel like it"- you'll never workout. Make it a must.
If you died today, what dreams, what ideas, what gifts, what talents, what voice, what stories, would die with you? Most people are just miserable , stop growing, stop developing and get comfortable. They stop challenging themselves. Through life, after so many rejections...they allow their negative history to stop them from their destiny.
Most people allow life to control them and their circumstances. You got to stay focused on where you want to go. "This is not going to be it for me."
Not only is it possible for you to have your dream, its necessary. You have to take personal responsibility. Live your life with passion, with some drive, you've got to remind yourself that you have powers and talents within you that you haven't even tapped into yet. Who can't guarantee that you'll be here tomorrow? No one can promise us tomorrow. No one can guarantee that your dream can't come true. Let's start with baby steps.

10-20-30 Babysteps

10 Forming a habit of walking is difficult... if you're not motivated. GET MOTIVATED
                                                                  WALK 10 MINUTES A DAY
You need to first believe it's possible. Make a decision that nobody will outwork you. It's not going to be easy. Feel the pain in your body. And as that pain leaves your body, success will take it's place. Pain is not permanent. It's temporary. If you can outlast that discomfort, I guarantee that on the other side is your prize. Can you walk 10 minutes a day?
20 Forming a habit of walking is difficult... if you're not inspired. GET INSPIRED                     WALK 20 MINUTES A DAY
START
1,440.
1,440 minutes in a day. How you use those are critical.

20 minutes of walking outside, alone.
Remember that greatness is a lot of small things done well. Day after day. Hardship after hardship. Victory after victory. You will never get past your pain until you realize your pain is part of your prize.

30 Forming a habit of walking is difficult... if you're not disciplined. Get Disciplined.
                                                              WALK 30 MINUTES A DAY
No, I don't actually think you're a major league player or a future body builder, but it takes the same amount of discipline. Stop lying to yourself and procrastinating. Stop putting the kids ahead of you. Ever been on a plane ride? "Place the mask over yourself first then..." Stop being soft on yourself or making excuses. We all do it, but don't let that become YOUR inner voice anymore.
Feelings don't matter here. We just have to get it done. Period. Every day.
If
you can walk 10 minutes a day for a week
then
you can walk 20 minutes a day for a week
then
you can walk 30 minutes a day for a week
