Strawberry Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Handful of Spinach 
10-15 fresh Strawberries
1 Banana 
1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup Apple Juice 
​Ice 

Directions

Do you really need directions on how to make a smoothie? We don't think so, but just incase: 
Add all ingredients into your blender and blend. 
There. That's it. Those are your directions. What? You want a "tip" too? Ok, fine.

Make sure the lid is completely on your blender prior to blending. 
There, happy now? Now carry on you smoothie making machine!

Directions 

Pull out your old dusty blender and make something refreshingly new. Perfect for two people, or one very thirsty person with five easy ingredients. Just add into the blender in the order they're listed and drink up! 
Strawberries are an excellent source of free radical fighting phytochemicals, and a great snack choice for diabetes. Cranberries help fight infections like Bladder/Kidney infections, Cystitis, Bladder Infections, Urethritis, Diarrhea, and even Kidney Stones. 
Drink for taste or treatment. The Strawberry Glimmer Smoothie will delight.

 European Flu Fighter Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup of Elderberries (if you can find them)
  • 1/4 cup of Cranberries
  • 1-2 tbsp of honey
It's a Smoothie! Add the ingredients into your blender and whirl away until smooth. Add ice to make it fresher! To learn more about cranberries, click here.  Perfect to drink in the morning with a light breakfast. Feel better soon and drink up!

Ingredients: 

  • 2/3 cup Pineapple/Apple juice 
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 12 Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of Cranberries
  • A few ice cubes 
This is a sweet treat perfect for summer time! Add in Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds or any extras to boost the benefits to make this a sweet healthy treat. 
Simply add ingredients into your blender and serve! Don't have any cranberries laying around? Swap for a banana and add more texture and potassium.

  • 1 cup of fresh coconut water or reg. apple juice
  • Add in Chia seeds if your feeling wacky
