INGREDIENTS

2 oz of Dandelion leaves (a handful)
2 cups of boiling water
Sweetner of choice

Directions

USING DRIED LEAVES

Add 2 teaspoons of dried dandelion leaves to 8oz of hot water for 5 minutes. You can choose to sift out the leaves or not depending on your taste. You'll want to add a sweetener (honey, raw sugar) to it before drinking.

USING FRESH LEAVES

Grab a handful of fresh dandelion leaves and boil them in 2 cups of water for about 10-15min. The longer, the stronger. Add sweeter to taste and you can drink this hot or cold throughout the day.

uses

Dandelion leaves work wonders for your belly, liver, kidneys, bladder and more. Drinking Dandelion Tea helps ward off bacterial infections, helps clean the kidney and bladder, and has a ton of vitamins and minerals like potassium, iron, and vitamin C.
Plus, it's an excellent liver/gallbladder tonic.
Dandelion is extremely bitter. Effective, but bitter, and should be taken as a part of a holistic healing regime.

The REAL Nopal Juice

Do you remember these ads?
Companies like these will try to sell you these products for up to $99 a bottle... and ask you to drink up to 1 bottle a day. It's a rip-off. The science these products are founded on is accurate, don't get us wrong. But let's think about it for a minute shall we? You kill the plant, cut it, and by doing so, you break all the plant cells- where the important micronutrients live. These can only stay alive for so long. Bottling the nutrients won't retain the cell's life. It just gives them a place to die. Then you drink it.
Wouldn't you like the very real benefits of Nopal juice...without the lies and cost?
In this article we are going to teach you to make your very own Nopal juice and it only includes 2 ingredients. Two. Plus, it actually works. Why buy a fake when you can invest in the real thing?

Add an apple into the juicer first, then cranberries, then another apple. Eat2Live refers to this as "sandwiching" your produce! Our pro juicers know sandwiching is the best method! That is, unless you want cranberries flying out of the shoot into your face...
