 Arugula Salad w/ Raspberry Vinaigrette & Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 Head of Lettuce
  • 2 cups of Arugula 
  • 1/2 red onion (cut into thin slices)
  • 1/2 Red Apple (cut into small cubes)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (candied if you're feeling naughty)
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries 
  • Step 1
  • Step 2
  • Step 3
  • Step 4

  • Cut Head of Lettuce into "salad size" bites
  • Mix evenly with Arugula
  • Keep the Apples, Onions, Walnuts, and Cranberries in separate bowls until served. 
  • Serve in large bowls sprinkling over the extra side items & drizzling over Raspberry Vinaigrette
