Make Cranberry Apple Chicken In Your Slow Cooker

Recipe from Fix-It and Forget-It Cooking Light For Slow Cookers 
Get your protein and antioxidants together with this sweet and healthy dinner idea.  

Ingredients 

  • 6 boneless Chicken Breasts 
  • 1 cup fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Apple 
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 
  • 1 cup of unsweetened Apple Juice 
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 6-7 hours

5 Easy Steps! 

1. Mix brown sugar and apple juice together and set aside
2. Peel and slice apple
3. Add chicken to the slow cooker
4. Pour cranberries and apple slices over chicken
5. Pour brown sugar and juice mixture over everything. 

Cook on Low for 6-8 Hours or on High For 3-4 Hours
