Not for the Weak

Picture
Ingredients
5 golden delicious apples
1 Large Cucumber
3 Sticks of Celery
quarter size piece of Ginger
1/4 Lime (peeled)
3 handfuls organic Spinach
3-4 Kale Leaves
(1/2 cup of grapes optional to sweeten it up)

  • Cucumbers are great for hydration and will do wonders for your skin. Our Members notice a difference in their completion quickly when juicing cucumbers daily.
  • Celery is what we refer to as a spicy veggie- it helps to clean out your blood and cells.
  • If you are fighting a cold, an infection, or just have a low immune system, getting Ginger into your diet daily is a must! It's your at home anti-viral, anti-bacterial wonder root.
  • Limes are very acidic, it's important you since whatever touches the lime juice, especially your skin. After prolonged time, the acid will burn your skin.
  • You can play around with the apples ratio, beginners needing all 5 and pro's using only 3.
  • Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
Eat2Live can't prove that the "Mean Green" juice was invented by Joe Cross, but it mid as well have been. Joe created the film "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead"; an amazing documentary on a real juicing experiment with himself as the guinea pig and star of the film. It's free to watch on Netflix anytime and is a great movie to watch for beginners or those curious if juicing can work for them.
