Companies like these will try to sell you these products for up to $99 a bottle... and ask you to drink up to 1 bottle a day. It's a rip-off. The science these products are founded on is accurate, don't get us wrong. But let's think about it for a minute shall we? You kill the plant, cut it, and by doing so, you break all the plant cells- where the important micronutrients live. These can only stay alive for so long. Bottling the nutrients won't retain the cell's life. It just gives them a place to die. Then you drink it.

Is there a certain order I should juice these in?
Eat2Live recommends placing 1/2 an apple down the juicer shoot, topped with some Spinach, stack the other 1/2 of the apple on top. (Like a sandwich!)
Follow with the Kale leaves, the cucumber and lastly grapes. How long does it stay fresh?
Drink as soon as you've juiced. But if you must store your juice, do so in an air tight container in the fridge for no more than 4 hours.
Can I make this in my Ninja Blender?
No. This recipe is strictly for Juicers.
